SSH, Sumo Squats, Abe Vigoda, LBACs, short mosey
THE THANG:
Bottom of Hill, split into Partners. Bottom Partner does 20 SC of each:
– Merkins
– Freddy Mercury
-Alt. Lunges
-LBCs
…R&R from the top

Top Partner runs up the hill, to the Flag, and completes:
–    Five burpees
–    30 CFGs (w/ coupon)
Top Partner then runs back to bottom and takes over as the Bottom Partner, starting at top of list for bottom exercises, and former bottom partner takes off up the hill to complete the top of hill exercises.

After 2-3 sets, we finished with 5 burpees at bottom of hill, 5 burpees at middle of hill (facing downhill…now that was interesting), and five burpees at the flag at top of hill.
