THE THANG – Favorite Things
Since YHC Q’d, the PAX were rewarded with his favorite things—a solid run with stops to workout along the way. We took the scenic route along the Midas Creek Trail and completed a 1.6 mile loop of the neighborhood. We stopped along the way for a total of :
100 Jump Squats
and 2:30 of elbow planks
Just went the PAX thought we were lost somewhere in the bowels of Herriman, we showed up back at Copper Beach right on time.
