We For the ME we completed a DORA tag F3 style with a team PAX member. Combined 100 Merkins, 150 Bradly Coopers & 200 Monkey Humpers. All while the other teammate ran a 1/4mile loop. Depending on how many times you got tagged you I’d to do 5 burpees each time during your run.
Then a team effort of 100 burpees & 100 Merkins ( 50 of each for each PAX ) with a 50’ sprint every set of 20 reps.
