Temps in the low 20s and a random circling Student Driver car didn’t slow this group down.

Speaking of not slowing down, Longhaul ran the 2.3 miles to this AO!

Part one – Quarter Pounder

YHC forgot his cones, so we used Trees that line to part to estimate our yardage.

25 yard Sprint – 25 merkins – sprint back to start

Part two – Aiken Legs

20 Squats, 20 Box Jumps, 20 Lunge Steps (each leg), and 20 Split Jacks (each leg).

The 20 Split jacks on each leg, mighta been a bit much.

We talked about other men our ages always complaining about being too old. Longhaul added (sorry for the bad and incomplete paraphase) – it’s not being too old to do things, it’s not doing things that makes you old! I love the drive and the mindset of guys in F3. We try to get 1% better everyday.

  • Convergence is coming – Feb 2nd at Wardle Combat in Bluffdale. Expecting strong Utah County showing + South Jordan + Sandy
  • Talked about upcoming F3 Salt Lake leadership meetings and possible tweaks to roles to make us more cohesive
  • Prayers offered for Longhaul’s Mother, and Slum Lord’s wife.

It was great to be in Utah county and post with this group of HIMs. Looking forward to getting back soon.
