Took an old recipe from @Chef B ‘s kitchen. Yhc, @ThighMaster , and @Flux Capacitor finished 90+ hip thrusters with feet on bench, 200 walking lunges with 30lb weight (shout out to @Flux Capacitor for carrying a cinder block), then we did 10 hill sprints with the weight and finished with air squats to the song river by bishop Briggs. (You get to stand up when she says river otherwise your low squating). Solid work. Till next time!
