A modified Sheldon Cooper: Two exercises added to the traditional four, for a total of SIX exercises each round. We started with sets of 10 for each exercise, and dropped by one (9, 8, 7, 6) each round. Each round was separated by a short mosey. PAX took turns leading the count for the different exercises, which were:
-Curls 4 Girlz
-Big Boy Sit Ups (yes, with the full stand up!)
Six rounds took us right to 6:15.
