8 PAX hit the beach for some pre-dawn hard work at #copperbeach
SSH (IC) x50
Willy Mays Hayes (IC) x10
Imperial Walkers (IC) x10
BWS (IC) x10
LBAC (IC) x10 fwd; x10 rev
Merkins (IC) x10
The PAX flicked on headlamps and hit the pavement towards the pullup playground. Once we arrived… we began the hunt for spare change. 15 mins of continuous work below;
– Nickels: 5 pull-ups (w/ 5 second slow release)
– Dimes: 10 merkins
– Quarters: 25 BWS
Once the 15 mins was up we gathered the PAX and took off on the scenic (OK, just dark & wet) route back to the AO.
After a few encounters with rogue sprinklers and some periodic planks, low squat holds, burpees, bad counting and story-telling, we successfully returned to the AO for a finale of 10 burpees OYO.
MudGear order ends today (9/2/20). Get your final orders in!
Prayers for the speedy recovery of PrimeTime in time for this weekend’s summit of Mt. Nebo.
YHC still loves the thrill and responsibility of Q’ing. The ability to lead a group of men through clear communication, encouragement and shared vision is a key skill that can be applied to anything in life.
TClaps (Triple Claps) to those PAX who have stepped up for their VQ in the recent weeks, including ChefB, Kingpin, Quickbooks, Cat Fight (& others). Keep Q’ing!
