9 PAX hit the dirt before the sun came up, but it was already warm and breezy. We pushed the pace a bit today and heart rates were all high at the top. 8 PAX started and were in the photo…and Hot Lips arrived late but uhh…came in hot at the end to catch us as we were finishing.

Couple notes: It’s getting dark, this AO is definitely becoming a ‘head lamp required’ situation.

Talked about the upcoming Mt. Nebo hike. Sept 5th is looking like the best day.

September 11th is a Friday this year. Let’s all be looking for football stadiums, parking structures, or office buildings with stairs that we can use. Last year, it was a memorable morning to climb 110 flights of stairs…lets plan on it again.

We also took a minute to think of the PAX that weren’t there this morning and may be battling challenges. We prayed specifically for Sunny D and Quickbooks.
