  • Burpees 10

The Thang

  • sprint to half of field
  • Wide merkins 20
  • Diamond merkins 20
  • Merkins 40
  • Sprint to the end of the field
  • Pulls bar 10 while the rest doing squats
  • Sprint back to the middle field and walking lounges to the dips bars 10 each while the rest doing shoulder taps. And pulls for chest and back 10 each.
  • Walking lounges to the monkey bars, 10 pulls with leg extension while the rest doing squats. 10 durkens while the rest doing shoulder taps.
  • Sprint to the starting bleachers, leg step ups, while the rest doing shoulders tap standing and switching with squats.
  • Mousse to the restroom building, 20 IC monkey humpers
  • Mousse to the corner field, 10 burpees
  • Mousse to the next corner, 20 IC leg raises and flutter kicks
  • Sprint back to the middle of the field, waiting for the six.
  • Final push sprint to the starting point with 1 min plank.
