I was looking forward to Qing on Veteran’s day and it went a little like this…
I must have been tired, because Domo and I missed the turn to Copper Beach, despite my weekly visits for over a year!
We figure, Lockout must have really needed help getting there since he was been MIA for…well, quite a while. Good to see him today!

Honoring 5 branches of the military, 5 exercise. 21 Reps of Each, followed by a lap around the track. AMRAP.

21 – Monkey Humpers (a nod to one of our Vets, PunchOut)
One Lap and then…start over!
Most of the PAX completed close to 4 cycles, but kudos to Domo who did his best Hollywood impersonation and smoked the group, completed a full 4 cycles and was into his 5th.
Discussed the need for men to get an annual physical. Make the call, it isn’t that hard. People are counting on you, stay healthy.
Discussed upcoming workouts – new Herriman location tomorrow and on Friday Knope steps up for his VQ!
