4PAX @Dough Boy @Geronimo @Hammer Time to footloose exploring the lesser used areas of the AO. We first landed in the side yard of Lehi Elementary to do a series of leg killers

100 squats
80 Sumo Squats
60 sec wall sit
20 jump squats
10 Bonnie Blairs.

Each rep was broken up with a 50 yard sprint.

We then went to the front parking lot. Found some parking stalls to do a series of merkins and bear crawls.

Ended just in time for 6 min of Mary.
