THE THANG: 3 sets of 10 exercises AMRAP Tabata Style with short Mosey in between sets. Do exercise for 40 seconds AMRAP, rest for 20 seconds, immediately do next exercise 40 seconds, rest 20, until complete all exercises, then mosey. The 10 exercises were Burpees, Freddie Mercurys, Step Ups, Bradley Coopers, CFTG, Little Baby Crunches, Merkins, Kettlebell Swings, Dips, Squats. Because of time, we were only able to run the mosey between sets one and 2.
