The BackBlast:
3 PAX braved the slippery roads, the cold and the fresh snow waiting for them at Copper Beach.
Kudos to the crew for getting up and getting after it after a late night sledding for an Epic F2 outing last night.
Credit for this one goes to F3 Indian Valley and Q run by Woody in December 2021.
Disclaimer given – with extra emphasis on the slippery surface and request to watch you form during this coupon heavy beatdown.

The Thang – Santa Needs Help.
PAX picked up their coupons (aka Santa’s load) and headed on the path to the south of the park and continued all the way round the path and heading south making the big loop back to the park. All on unplowed/unshoveled snowy trail. Bonus – this made moves on the ground extra Christmas-ey and the coupons became cold and filled with snow at some points. Each stop included breaking “North Pole News” with an update on the situation.
Stop 1 – Santa’s Sleigh broke down – 25 Squats with Coupons
Stop 2 – Rudolph came down with Covid – 25 Curls for the Gurls
Stop 3 – Huge Snowstorm hits the North Pole – 20 Block Merkins
Stop 4 – Elves forgot to pack Santa’s Sleigh – 20 Elf on the Shelf (done sitting on your 6 in the snow- lift block from ground on one side of your body, reach as high as you can and set it down on your right side for one rep).
Stop 5 – Santa missed a few F3 workouts – and got himself stuck in the Chimney – 25 Overhead Press
Stop 6 – Santa needs help getting back up the Chimney – 25 Tricep Press
Stop 7 – Blitzen and the other reindeer drank too much hot chocolate spiked with Frostbytes Butterscotch liquor and were too drunk to move the sleigh – (This was a PAX favorite) – Bear Crawl and Dragging the Coupons – we went perhaps 40-50 yards in the snow.
Stop 8 – Santa was disoriented and needed help landing – 20 Block Merkins
Stop 9 – Santa was seen by Children – 20 LBCs with the Coupon
COT
We wrapped up quickly to get men to work. We prayed/discussed:
- Domo’s treatment is underway. We are praying for wild success and healing.
- Q for Saturday is open – possible co-Q opportunity for Christmas themed workout
- Reflected back all morning on a great F2 event at Kingpin’s Cabin last night.
Always grateful for the health and ability to Q an F3 Workout. Today it was cold, dark and snowy, but I knew a few brothers would make it out to get some work done. Let’s keep getting better – lets be men that others can count on to lead and do the hard things. People count on us, lets rise up to challenge at home, work, and in our relationships.
Until next time,
ThighMaster
