Standard mix of SSH, LBAC, IPW, Hillbillies, Blart Squats, WM Hayes, and Grass Grabbers.

Pax then took a mosey around the block to the west, that took us behind the bar so YHC could assess final beatdown location.

Mission accomplished..

The Thang

PAX lined up across the lane on the North side of The Break Sports Bar.

*Bollard= Those metal bars that separate the sidewalk and the road/lane.

During the middle of the workout, a Beer Truck pulled in and parked in the lane we were using. We popped over to the sidewalk and kept at it.

  • Discussed Q plans for the weekend – and to wear Red and Honor F3 Cardinal
  • Prayers for:
    • Flush’s Mom passed away this week
    • F3 Cardinal’s family, church, and F3 brothers who were with him.

 

Qing an F3 workout is always a responsibility I value and appreciate. They don’t always turnout as fun/hard as I imagine, but this one did. Great effort by this group of PAX today, and the mumble chatter and unique workout kept us moving through the hard parts of this one.

Another new thing, the photo near the bar – first time we’ve done that, despite many trip this AO.
