Standard blend of SSH, Imperial Walkers, Grass Grabbers, Shoulders sets, and more to warm us up, give the tardy PAX a minute to do their penalty burpees, and get in with the show. We had downrangers Napoleon from Boise and Screech from Oregon.

20 Body Weight Squats
40 Overhead Presses w/ coupon
50 Kettleblock Swings
60 IC Flutter Kicks with coupon overhead
70 Low rows with coupon
90 Little Baby Crunches
400m run or 200m walk w/ coupon
To demo and have some teamwork and guest q’ing experience, we did the first round as a group. The PAX took turns Q’ing the various reps, trading in the middle for the in ones with higher counts. With about 30 minutes left on the clock, we then switched to AMRAP to burn those leftover turkey calories.
Prayer requests for several PAX, announcement of Cueballs VQ in a couple weeks, and (for the first time) every single PAX made it to coffeeteria afterward.
