The suit of the card indicated the exercise, and the reps were the number shown:
Hearts = Squats
Spades = Merkins
Clubs = Burpees
Diamonds = Bradley Coopers (aka BB situps)
Facecards, regardless of suit brought special opportunities:
Jacks = 20 IC SSH
Queens = 20 IC Mtn Climbers
Kings = 20 SC Jump Squats
Aces = 20 OYO Bonnie Blairs (each leg counts)
The PAX took turns drawing the cards, and then Qing the given exercise.
YHC special shuffling skills meant that the Mtn Climbers seemed to all come in close sequence, making parts of the morning feel like we were on another PeakBagger adventure with Frostbyte.
In the end, hard work was done, and all got a little bit better than before.
