F3 Tribute to Grandpa Hall. Little numbers lesson on his life.

81 Years old. 37 Years of work for Geneva.61 Years of marriage. 9 Kids. 35 Grand kids, 55 Great Grand Kits.

Started with a Good warm up and a lap around the school. Followed by some coupon work. Over head carry to the top of the bridge with 81 block bradly coopers. The over head carry to the elementary school and 37 Box cutters and 61 block squats. Then over head carry back to the middle school and followed by 9 burpee block jump overs (  Over & back count as 1 ) 35 American hammers finished off with 55 Kettle bell swings and burpees.
